"He was a soldier in King Phillip's War. On April 21, 1676, the Indian enemy
attacked the town from five in the morning until one in the afternoon but
the town forced the enemy with considerable slaughter to withdraw. No
man or woman seemed possesed with fear. Henry suffered 100 pounds
